Arlon Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Wholesome Sweeteners, a Sugar Land, Texas-based provider of organic and Fair Trade-certified sweeteners, from Imperial Sugar Co. No financial terms were disclosed. Existing Wholesome Sweeteners backer Edward Billington & Son will retain an ownership position. www.wholesomesweeteners.com

BarrierSafe Solutions International, a Lake Forrest, Ill.–based maker of disposable protective globes, has acquired High Five Products Inc., a Chicago–based provider of disposable gloves and non-woven apparel. No financial terms were disclosed. BarrierSafe is a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners.www.highfivegloves.com

Cerberus Capital Management is in talks to acquire a majority stake in the Yellow Pages unit of AT&T Inc.(NYSE: T), according to Bloomberg. The deal could value the entire unit at around $1.5 billion. www.att.com

EPiServer, a Swedish provider of software to drive online engagement, has acquired Mediachase, a Beverly Hills, Calif.-based provider of e-commerce and collaboration software solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. EPiServer is a portfolio company of IK Investment Partners. www.episerver.com

Lion Capital has agreed to acquire a majority ownership stake in men’s apparel maker John Varvatos Enterprises Inc. from VF Corp. (NYSE: VFC). No financial terms were disclosed.

MTS Health Investors
 has acquired Woodbury Health Products Inc. from Health Edge Investment Partners. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Abacus Financial Group provided senior financing. Woodbury, is a Oceanside, N.Y.–based direct-to-consumer distributor of incontinence and catheter-related supplies. www.mtshealthinvestors.com

USI Insurance Services, a portfolio company of GS Capital Partners, has acquired the retail P&C and employee benefits insurance units of Euclid Insurance Services Inc. No financial terms were disclosed, except that the deal is expected to increase USI’s annual revenue by around $7.3 million. www.usi.biz
