BFG Supply Company LLC, a distributor of greenhouse and nursery supplies, has acquired the assets ofJ.R. Johnson Supply , a Roseville, Minn.-based distributor serving commercial greenhouses, garden centers, nurseries and landscapers. No financial terms were disclosed. BFG is a portfolio company ofTricor Pacific Capital. www.tricorpacific.com

Clearlake Capital Group has acquired a majority stake in Entelos Holding Corp., a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of in silico modeling and simulation products and services for pharmaceutical companies. No financial terms were disclosed. www.entelos.com

First Reserve Corp. and Beowulf Energy have acquired a majority stake in the Eastern Caribbean Gas Pipeline Co., which plans to build an undersea natural gas pipeline to supply natural gas from Tobago to other islands in the Eastern Caribbean. They also have jointly acquired a “substantial equity stake” inTrinity Power Ltd., a 225 MW contracted natural gas fired power generation facility in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. www.firstreserve.com

General Atlantic has invested an undisclosed amount in Fourcee, an India-based logistics company specializing in the movement of liquids and fluidized cargo. www.generalatlantic.com

Grey Mountain Partners has acquired Columbia Commercial Building Products, a Rockwall, Texas-based maker of aluminum windows and store fronts for new and replacement construction. No financial terms were disclosed. www.ccbpwin.com

Stone-Goff Partners
 has acquired NAS Recruitment Communications, a Cleveland-based marketing services agency focused on human resources, from Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG). No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which was done in partnership with NAS management.www.goffmanagement.com

Techquity has acquired the patent portfolio and IP assets of Oyster Optics Inc., an Indian Beach Harbor, Fla.–based developer and licensor of optical transmission methods relating to 40G and 100G fiber communications networks. No financial terms were disclosed. www.oysteroptics.com
