Blue Wolf Capital Partners has acquired Channel Technologies Group LLC, a Santa Barbara, Calif.–based manufacturer of mission critical technologies for military and commercial applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Channel Technologies management and Gladstone Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: GAIN) also invested alongside Blue Wolf. www.channeltechgroup.com

Eastgate Capital Group has agreed to acquire a 49.8% stake in Turkish textile company Fabeks Dis TicaretAS. No financial terms were disclosed. Fabeks management will continue to hold the majority stake.www.eastgategroup.com

General Atlantic has invested $300 million to support Grupo SURA’s acquisition of ING Group’s Latin American assets – a deal originally announced last July and closed at year-end. Other co-investors include Grupo Bolívar, IFC and Bancolombia. www.generalatlantic.com

The Gores Group has agreed to acquire The Hay Group, a Germany-based manufacturer of forged and machined components for engines, gearboxes and axles. No financial terms were disclosed.www.gores.com

Olympus Partners has completed its previously-announced acquisition of NPC International, the largest franchisee of Pizza Hut restaurants, from shareholders like North Cove Partners and Bank of America. No pricing terms were disclosed for the deal, which included a senior credit facility arranged by Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs. www.npcinternational.com

The Sterling Group has acquired Liqui-Box Corp., a Worthington, Ohio-based maker of bag-in-box flexible packaging to the global dairy, beverage and bulk food markets, from DuPont (NYSE: DD). No pricing terms were disclosed. BNP Paribas and BMO provided senior financing, while mezzanine debt was provided by Oaktree Capital Management. www.sterling-group.com

Sun Capital Partners has agreed to acquire ELIX Polymers SL, a Tarragona, Spain-based thermoplastics business, from Styrolution. No financial terms were disclosed. www.suncappart.com
