Stion, a San Jose, Calif.-based maker of thin-film solar panels, has raised $130 million in fifth-round equity funding co-led by AVACO and undisclosed South Korean private equity funds. Return backers included Khosla Ventures, Taiwan Semiconductor (through VentureTech Alliance), Lightspeed Venture Partners, Braemar Energy Ventures and General Catalyst Partners. The company previously raised around $115 million. www.stion.com

eRecycling Corps, an Irving, Texas-based provider of a mobile device recycling platform for carriers and retailers, has raised $35 million in new VC funding. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round. Prior backers include OpenAir Equity Partners and SJF Ventures. www.erecyclingcorps.com

Agilyx Corp., a Beaverton, Ore.-based developer of technology to convert waste platic into synthetic crude oil, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. Keating Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers, Saffron Hill Ventures, Waste Management, Total Energy Ventures International, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital and Reference Capital. www.agilyx.com

ScaleArc, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based provider of database infrastructure software, has raised $5.33 million in Series B funding. Trinity Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backer Nexus Venture Partners. www.scalearc.com

Leiyoo Information Technology Ltd., a Chinese developer of HTML5 games for mobile devices and web browsers, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding. WI Harper Group led the deal, and was joined by Innovation Works Development Fund. www.leiyoo.com

LogoGarden.com, a Nashville, Tenn.-based online platform for DIY logo design and branding solutions, has raised $2 million in new funding from FCA Venture Partners (an affiliate of Clayton Associates).www.logogarden.com

Pirq, a Seattle-based smartphone app that gives users exclusive deals at nearby restaurants, has raised $2 million in first-round funding led by Rally Capital. www.pirq.com

Pixeon, a Brazilian medical imaging software company, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from Intel Capital. www.pixeon.com.br
