Our Experience with the NordicTrack X24 Bike
The NordicTrack X24 Bike is an exercise bike with a 24-inch touchscreen, 24 levels of resistance, and a unique incline-decline range of 20% to -10%. With the iFIT subscription, you get 10,000+ workouts. Our team loved this bike’s aesthetically pleasing design along with smooth rides. Paige tested the X24 Bike. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science and weight trains five times a week. Luckily, Paige is no stranger to this machine, as she regular does her cardio on an exercise bike.

When testing exercise bikes, we prioritized factors that matter to busy professionals, such as: noise in shared spaces, ease of adjustment for multiple users, and how quickly you can get into a workout without tinkering with settings.
What We Liked
Here’s what Paige rated highly after trying the NordicTrack X24 Bike:
- Overall experience (4 out of 5): “I like this bike more than others that I’ve used because of its sleek design and smooth ride,” Paige said. “The screen is easy to navigate and I really enjoy the workouts included. If the incline adjustment was smoother, I would call this my favorite bike! I wish that my gym carried this model; I would use it frequently!”
- Portability (5 out of 5): “The bike is easy to move around and relocate. There are wheels that help with moving on hardwoods and carpet. An average person can definitely move the bike with ease,” Paige said.
- Ergonomics (4 out of 5): This bike seat was not the most comfortable that Paige has sat on. “It was very firm and the leather didn’t have a lot of give,” she said. “I do see this seat being very long-lasting and durable, but after a few minutes I began to get sore.” That being said, “the bike itself was very easy to adjust because it moved smoothly and felt secure after tightening the knobs. There were two points at which I could adjust the seat. Both seat height and length away from the bars were easy to adjust for a more comfortable ride,” Paige said.
- Noise (5 out of 5): “The bike is not loud; it is one of the quieter bikes I have ridden. The noise level did not change even when increasing incline or speed,” Paige commented.

What We Would Change
Here’s what Paige would improve about the NordicTrack X24 Bike:
Paige rated all aspects of the bike a 4 or 5. Her only critique is that the seat was uncomfortable. If you’re wanting a seat you can lean back on for extra support, we recommend browsing the best recumbent bikes we tried out.

Comparing NordicTrack X24 to Other Products
Why the Right Fitness Equipment Matters to Professionals
Based on our team’s experience, the NordicTrack X24 Bike is quiet, relatively portable, and designed for low-impact riding. Much like the best folding treadmills, this bike fits into a professional’s life without needing a full room or complicated setup. Its incline-decline range can mimic tougher outdoor rides, which appeals to leaders who see their training as a form of performance coaching, not just calorie burn.

Fortune’s Final Thoughts
We think that the NordicTrack X24 is likely a good fit for performance-minded professionals who value sleek design, smooth rides, and tech-forward features. It operates quietly, which makes this bike easy to integrate into a home office or extra room.
Keep in mind that this bike is probably best for folks who will use the iFIT workouts and are comfortable with a subscription model. If you prefer simple, no-frills workouts or want to avoid ongoing fees while saving space, you may want to opt for a walking pad instead.
