Financials
- Hartford Insurance Group (No. 160) appointed A. Morris “Mo” Tooker CEO, effective March 1, 2027. Tooker joined the company in 2015 and currently serves as President. He will succeed Christopher Swift, who will transition to Executive Chair after more than 12 years as CEO (and four years as CFO prior to that).
- Northern Trust (No. 317) announced the retirement of CFO Dave W. Fox, Jr., effective on or around March 31, 2027. Fox has been with the company since 2012. The company will begin a search for his successor.
Food, beverages, and tobacco
- General Mills (No. 227) appointed Dana McNabb CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2027. McNabb joined the company in 1999 and has served as COO since June 2026. She will succeed Jeffrey L. Harmening, who is retiring.
Food and drug stores
- Albertsons (No. 57) appointed Cody Perdue interim CFO. Perdue is adding these duties to his current role as SVP of Treasury, Investor Relations and Risk Management and succeeded Sharon McCollam, who is retiring but will remain an advisor to the company through Feb. 27, 2027.
