Apparel

• PVH (No. 446) appointed Alexis Rollier CFO, effective early September. He currently serves as Global CFO and Global COO of Sephora and will succeed interim CFO Melissa Stone (PVH’s EVP, Global Financial Planning & Analysis), who assumed the role in January after previous CFO Zac Coughlin left the company to join Sirius XM Holdings (No. 463). 

Financials

• Allstate (No. 64) appointed Christian (Chris) Lown EVP and CFO, effective Aug. 3. He most recently served as CFO of CoStar Group and will succeed Jess Merten, who will continue to serve as the company’s President of Property Liability. Lown also previously served as CFO of Freddie Mac (No. 33).
  
• Ally Financial (No. 295) appointed Mark Mathewson Chief Information and Data Officer, effective July 20. He most recently served as divisional CIO for Capital One Financial’s (No. 63) retail and commercial banking units. He succeeds Sathish Muthukrishnan. 

Retailing

• Ulta Beauty (No. 355) appointed Kelly Garcia CTO, effective Aug. 31. He most recently served as EVP and CTO at Domino’s Pizza. He succeeds Mike Maresca, whose title was Chief Technology and Transformation Officer.
