We also include CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers), CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers), and Chief Customer Officers when there are Power Moves within the Fortune 500 announced pertaining to those roles.

- Exxon Mobil (No. 8) appointed Neil A. Hansen SVP and CFO, effective Feb. 1, 2026. Hansen currently serves as President of ExxonMobil Global Business Solutions and will succeed Kathryn A. Mikells, who is stepping down for health reasons.
Financials
- Berkshire Hathaway (No. 6) appointed Charles C. Chang CFO, effective June 1, 2026. Chang currently serves as SVP and CFO of Berkshire Hathaway Energy and will succeed Marc D. Food, beverages, and tobacco
- Coca-Cola (No. 97) appointed Henrique Braun CEO, effective March 31, 2026. Braun, who has been with the company since 1996, currently serves as EVP and COO and will succeed James Quincey, who will transition to Executive Chairman of the company.
- Altria Group (No. 209) appointed Salvatore “Sal” Mancuso CEO, effective May 14, 2026. Mancuso currently serves as EVP and CFO and will succeed Billy Gifford, who is retiring after over 30 years with Altria’s companies. Heather Newman, the company’s Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, will succeed Mancuso as CFO.
Health care
- DaVita (No. 331) promoted Stephanie Hendrickson to Chief People Officer, effective Dec. 11. She previously served as Group VP, Operations, and succeeds Jessica Hergenreter.
- Community Health Systems (No. 335) appointed Kevin Hammons CEO on a permanent basis and Jason Johnson CFO on a permanent basis, effective immediately. Both were appointed to their respective roles on an interim basis in October after former CEO Tim L. Hingtgen retired. Before that, Hammons served as the company’s CFO and Johnson served as Chief Accounting Officer.
Materials
- Graphic Packaging Holding (No. 444) appointed Robbert E. Rietbroek as CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Rietbroek most recently served as CEO of Primo Brands (No. 651 on the Fortune 1000) and will succeed Michael P. Doss.
Retailing
- Lululemon athletica (No. 401) announced that CEO Calvin McDonald plans to step down as CEO, effective Jan. 31, 2026, though he will serve as a senior advisor to the company through March 31, 2026, to aid in the transition. CFO Meghan Frank and Chief Commercial Officer André Maestrini will serve as interim co-CEOs as the company’s board searches for a successor.
Transportation
- Ryder System (No. 334) announced that CEO Robert Sanchez plans to retire as of March 31, 2026. Sanchez has been with the company since 1993 and has been CEO since 2013. John Diez, currently Ryder System’s President and COO, will succeed Sanchez, and Sanchez will transition to Executive Chair.
