President Trump will visit Michigan on Wednesday to discuss job creation and manufacturing with automaker executives.
Trump, who repeatedly criticized auto companies for producing cars outside of the U.S. throughout his campaign, will meet with workers and executives working in the auto industry around the Detroit area,, according to Reuters. He will deliver remarks on job creation at Ypsilanti, Mich.
Trump is scheduled to tour manufactured vehicles in the area and participate in a round-table discussion with workers and executives.
Trump tweeted “love” to Detroit before his visit.
