The methodology begins with a rigorous examination of financial results for each executive’s company, including 12-month and 36-month results in revenues, profits, and stock returns; we also factor in measures such as return on capital and debt ratios. Non-financial elements, like business influence, leadership style, and strategic initiatives also play a role in our evaluation.
