Good morning, Broadsheet readers! Carly Fiorina is back in the 2016 race, the woman behind “female Viagra” has a new gig, and Donald Trump sends me off on yet another rant. Have a wonderful Thursday.

EVERYONE'S TALKING

• Trump card. Could it be that Donald Trump has finally pushed female voters too far? The internet is awash with reactions to Trump's assertions that all Hillary Clinton has going for her is "the woman card." For a sense of that outrage, check out #WomanCard on Twitter, or watch these gifs of Mary Pat Christie, wife of Chris Christie, whose expression gave away her incredulity at the words coming out of the Trump's mouth. Fortune decided to fact-check the GOP front-runner's other claim that he's more popular with women than Clintoon, looking at polling data from female voters going back to November of last year. Spoiler alert: He's wrong.

ALSO IN THE HEADLINES

• Ted 'n' Carly. Ted Cruz announced that, if he gets the Republican presidential nomination, he will choose former HP CEO Carly Fiorina as his running mate. It would make Fiorina the third woman to land the veep nomination for a major party, after Geraldine Ferraro and Sarah Palin. Fortune

• Pink power. Cindy Whitehead, who you may remember as the woman behind Addyi (a.k.a. "female Viagra") has a new venture: The Pink Ceiling. Whitehead spoke to me about how the accelerator/consulting firm will work, who she will choose as a first partner, and what really happened with Addyi's sale to Valeant.  Fortune

• Baby food fracas. Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company is being sued based on claims that its organic infant formula contains 11 “synthetic substances that are not allowed in organic products.” This is the latest in a string of legal complaints against the company, which was recently valued at $1.7 billion.  Fortune

• Baltimore's best hope. Catherine Pugh won the Democratic primary for mayor of Baltimore—and will very likely win the office, given the city's heavily Democratic voter base. If so, she has a difficult task ahead: moving the city forward, one tumultuous year after the death of Freddie Gray.   New York Times

• A pump not to dump. Fortune's Michal Lev-Ram has the details on Naya Health, a company that has started taking orders for its smart breast pump, which uses a water-based hydraulic system instead of the air-based suction used in conventional pumps.  Fortune

MOVERS AND SHAKERS: Uber named Huffington Post co-founder and editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington to its board of directors. Linda P.B. Katehi, chancellor of the University of California, Davis, has been removed from her post and put on administrative leave.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

• Don't talk and tell. Melania Trump gives a rare interview to GQ, as part of a profile that describes her as "alluringly opaque." While Melania seems relatively disengaged from her husband's presidential bid, she says she does share her opinions on policy with him. As for specifics? “Nobody knows and nobody will ever know.”  GQ

• Gaga's getups. Macy’s has recruited Lady Gaga and Elton John for a limited-edition line of clothing and accessories called “Love Bravery” that also will raise money for their respective foundations.  Fortune

• Tumbling into history. Congrats to Dipa Karmakar, who is the first-ever female gymnast from India to qualify for the Olympics. HelloGiggles

• Cashing in on Cashin. Bonnie Cashin, the original designer at Coach, influenced the work of countless designers, but her name has largely faded from the history books. That may be about to change, thanks to a new book about her life and work. i-D Magazine
