Don’t you dare body-shame Ronda Rousey.

“If anyone calls me fat one more time in my life, I’m going to kill them,” the Ultimate Fighting Champion told the New York Times.

When one thinks of Ronda “Rowdy” Rousey, one thinks of a strong, confident woman, who doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her. But the undefeated UFC bantamweight champion has had body image issues like the rest of us. She struggled with bulimia during her teenage years, and wore zip-up jackets even on 90-degree days in Los Angeles. “I was afraid to show my big arms,” she told the Times.

But Rousey has come a long way from the insecurities of her younger years. The MMA fighter been photographed basically nude for major magazines like Sports Illustrated, which the fighter told the Times was as much for her fans as it was herself.

“If I can represent that body type of women that isn’t represented so much in media, then I’d be happy to do that,” she told the publication.
