Pro-LGBT rainbow Doritos are now a thing

Starting today, you can eat Doritos for a cause.

Frito-Lay has released a limited edition Rainbow version of the popular snack in partnership with the It Gets Better Project, a non-profit that aims to prevent suicide among LGBT youth. “Doritos supports the bold lives our fans lead—all of them,” the company wrote on a page debuting the chips.

Those who want to get their hands on the Rainbow Doritos are asked to make a donation of $10 or more for the It Gets Better Project. All proceeds from the sales go directly to the non-profit.

In a press release, the Doritos chief marketing officer said the chips bring “an entirely new product experience to our consumers to show our commitment toward equal rights for the LGBT community and celebrate humanity without exception.”
