Venture Capital Deals

SnapDeal, an Indian online group coupon website, has raised $100 million in new VC funding from BlackRock, Temasek (Singapore), Myriad (Hong Kong) and Premji Investment (India). This comes just months after the company raised nearly $134 million in a round led by eBay. The WSJ reports that the new deal values SnapDeal at approximately $1 billion. www.snapdeal.com

Coherus BioSciences Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based biologics platform company focused on biosimilars, has raised $55 million in Series C funding. KKR, Venrock, RA Capital Management, Rock Springs Capital and Fidelity Biosciences were joined by return backers Sofinnova Ventures, Lilly Ventures and Vivo Capital. www.coherus.com

Clarizen, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of project management and social collaboration software, has raised $35 million in Series F funding led by Goldman Sachs. The company previously raised around $36 million from Benchmark, Carmel Ventures, DAG Ventures, Opus Capital and Vintage Partners. www.clarizen.com

Context Relevant
, a Seattle-based provider of automated predictive analytics software, has raised $21 million in Series B funding. Formation 8 led the round, and was joined by return backers Madrona Venture Group, Bloomberg Beta and Vulcan Capital. www.contextrelevant.com

Mimosa Networks, a Los Gatos, Calif.-based provider of outdoor gigabit wireless platforms for service providers, has raised $20 million in new VC funding from return backers New Enterprise Associatesand Oak Investment Partners. www.mimosanetworks.com

Tamr Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of a commercial-scale solution for connecting and enriching all enterprise data, said that has raised more than $16 million in VC funding co-led by Google Ventures and New Enterprise Associates. Tamr previously had disclosed seed backing from Google Ventures and NEA. www.tamr.com

FutrueAdvisor, a San Francisco-based digital investment manager, has raised $15.5 million in Series B funding. Canvas Venture Fund led the round, and was joined by return backer Sequoia Capital.Read more at Fortune.

, a San Francisco-based marketing automation platform, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Rembrandt Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by Southern Cross Venture Partners, Blackbird, Tim Draper and Terry and Katrina Garnett. www.autopilothq.com

NoWait Inc.
, a Pittsburgh-based app for restaurant waiting lists, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Drive Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers like Birchmere Ventures.www.nowaitapp.com

Powerhouse Dynamics, a Boston-based developer of an energy and asset management system designed for multi-site operators of small commercial facilities, has raised $6 million in Series B funding.Point Judith Capital and Constellation Technology Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by return backers SOSVentures and Vision Ridge Capital. www.powerhousedynamics.com

Mango Health, a San Francisco-based provider of mobile software to engage patients and improve rates of adherence to prescribed treatment regimens, has raised $5.25 million in Series A funding led byKleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. www.mangohealth.com

Evergage
, a Boston-based provider of a real-time behavior-based web personalization platform, has raised $4 million in Series A funding. G20 Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers like including Point Judith Capital and Advanced Technology Ventures. www.evergage.com

Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH
, a German provider of risk and compliance cash and bank management software, has raised €4 million in Series B funding. Zobito was joined by return backer Target Partners. www.tis.biz

EyeLock Inc.
, a New York-based developer of iris-based identity authentication solutions, has raised $3 million in strategic funding from Voxx International Corp. (Nasdaq: VOXX). ww.eyelock.com

DataPad
, a San Francisco-based developer of agile data discovery for teams, has raised $1.7 million in seed funding. Accel Partners led the round, and was joined by Google Ventures, A16Z Seed, , SV Angel, Ludlow Ventures and individual angels. www.datapad.io

Private Equity Deals

Athletico Physical Therapy, a Chicago-based chain of physical therapy clinics, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Harvest Partners. www.harvestpartners.com

The Carlyle Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Talent Partners, a New York-based provider of talent payroll, production support services and rights management solutions to the advertising industry. The seller is ABRY Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.www.talentpartners.com

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice is in “advanced talks” to acquire Jacksonville, Fla.-based wound care company Healogics Inc. from Metalmark Capital for approximately $1 billion, according to Reuters. Other suitors have included TPG Capital and a consortium of Ares Management and Leonard Green & Partners. www.healogics.com

Hopu Investments, a Chinese private equity firm, has agreed to acquire a minority stake in a Russian copper deposit currently operated by Baikal Mining Co. No financial terms were disclosed, although the entire project is expected to cost around $6 billion.

LANDesk, a South Jordan, Utah-based systems lifecycle management company owned by Thoma Bravo, has acquired LetMobile, a provider of secure mobile email gateways. No financial terms were disclosed. www.landesk.com

Lynx Equity has acquired Winfield Wood & Lath Inc., a British Colombia-based re-manufacturing sawmill wholesaler. No financial terms were disclosed. Generational Equity managed the process.www.winfieldwood.ca

Pharos Capital Group has acquired Employee Benefit Solutions Inc., a White Plains, N.Y.–based provider of healthcare cost containment and wellness programs for SMEs. No financial terms were disclosed. www.differencecard.com

Sentinel Capital Partners and TriArtisan Capital Partners have agreed to acquire restaurant chainTGI Fridays from Carlson Holdings. No financial terms were disclosed, but reports put the price-tag at around $800 million. www.tgifridays.com

Warburg Pincus is in talks to acquire Wencor Group LLC, a Springville, Utah-based maker of commercial airplane parts, from Odyssey Investment Partners, according to Reuters. The deal could be valued at between $800 million and $90 million. www.wencor.com

M&A

Goldman Sachs said that it has begun a formal process to sell metals warehousing business Metro International Trade Services. www.goldmansachs.com

The Jordan Company is considering a sale process for Pro Mach Inc., a Loveland, Ohio–based maker of packaging and processing products, according to Reuters. A deal could be valued at upwards of $1 billion. www.promachinc.com

Silver Oak Services Partners has sold Convergent Resources, an Atlanta-based provider of outsourced receivables management and revenue cycle management services, to Account Control Technology Holdings (ACT Holdings). No financial terms were disclosed. www.convergentusa.com
