Personalis, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based provider of exome and genome sequencing and analysis, has raised $22 million in Series B funding. Abingworth Management led the round, and was joined by fellow return backers Lightspeed Venture Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures. New investor Wellington Shields & Co. also participated. www.personalis.com

Amaranth Medical, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of a bioresorbable scaffold for use in treating coronary artery disease, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. DCP Management(Singapore) led the round, and was joined by Venstar Capital and return backers Bio*One Capital, Charter Life Sciences and Phillip Capital. www.amaranthmedical.com

, a San Francisco-based maker of a health tracker to improve fitness and sleep, has raised $11.75 million in Series B funding. New investors include Intel Capital, iNovia Capital, Dolby Family Trust, Stanford University and Peninsula-KCG. , a Dublin, Ireland-based provider of software that helps financial institutions meet regulatory compliance and data requirements in onboarding new clients, has raised €4 million in new VC funding from The Ulster Bank Diageo Venture Fund and undisclosed existing shareholders. www.fenergo.com

Kahuna, a Mountain View, Calif.-based mobile marketing automation company, has raised more than $2 million in seed funding from SoftTech VC, Costanoa Venture Capital and individual angels.www.usekahuna.com
