Goldman Sachs has sold a majority equity stake in REDI, operator of an execution management technology platform, to an investor consortium that includes BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citadel and Lightyear Capital. OncoMed Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of monoclonal antibody therapeutics targeting cancer stem cells, has increased the number of shares being offered in its IPO from 4 million to 4.8 million. It still plans to price the shares at between $14 and $16, and trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol OMED. Jefferies and Leerink Swann are serving as co-lead underwriters.
