Privalia Venta Directa, a Spanish online private sales site, has raised €25 million in new VC funding. Sofina (Belgium) was joined by return backers Highland Capital Partners, General Atlantic, Insight Venture Partners, La Caixa Capital Risc, Index Ventures and Nauta Capital.
