Proteus Digital Health, a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of systems and services based on ingestible sensing has raised $62.5 million in Series F funding. Oracle led the round, and was joined by Otsuka, Novartis, Sino Portfolio and other undisclosed investors. www.proteusdigitalhealth.com

Symphogen, a Copenhagen-based developer of antibody therapeutics to treat cancer, infectious and autoimmune diseases, has raised €41 million in new VC funding. This is an extension to a previously-announced round, which now totals €141 million. DocuTap, a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based provider of electronic health records and practice management technology for urgent care providers, has raised $11.9 million in Series B funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Bluff Point Associates. www.docutap.com

, a provider of cloud- based mobile enterprise application solutions, has raised $9 million in new VC funding. Kernel Capital led the round, and was joined by fellow return backers VMware Inc. and Enterprise Ireland.
