Proteus Digital Health, a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of systems and services based on ingestible sensing has raised $62.5 million in Series F funding. Oracle led the round, and was joined by Otsuka, Novartis, Sino Portfolio and other undisclosed investors. www.proteusdigitalhealth.com

Symphogen, a Copenhagen-based developer of antibody therapeutics to treat cancer, infectious and autoimmune diseases, has raised €41 million in new VC funding. This is an extension to a previously-announced round, which now totals €141 million. Return backers Novo AS and Danish pension fundPKA co-led the new tranch with €20 million each, while Danica Pension also participated.www.symphogen.com

DocuTap, a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based provider of electronic health records and practice management technology for urgent care providers, has raised $11.9 million in Series B funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Bluff Point Associates. www.docutap.com

FeedHenry
, a provider of cloud- based mobile enterprise application solutions, has raised $9 million in new VC funding. Kernel Capital led the round, and was joined by fellow return backers VMware Inc. and Enterprise Ireland. New investor ACT Venture Capital also participated. FeedHenry has offices in Ireland and Massachusetts. www.feedhenry.com

Lex Machina, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of IP litigation data and predictive analytics, has raised $4.8 million in Series A funding. Cue Ball Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers XSeed Capital, Costanoa Venture Capital and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. www.lexmachina.com

Vivify Health Inc. (f.k.a. Inuitive Health), a Plano, Texas-based provider of a remote healthcare management platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from Ascension Health Ventures and Heritage Group. www.vivifyhealth.com
