American Airlines and US Airways (NYSE: LCC) yesterday received U.S. bankruptcy court approval for their planned $11 billion merger.

, a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of an all-in-one marketing software platform for SMEs, has acquired two companies: Chime, a Toronto-based Google Chrome plug-in for consolidating web app notifications; and PrepWork, a New Haven, Conn.-based provider of software creates pre-meeting briefings. No financial terms were disclosed. HubSpot has raised around $100 million in VC funding from Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures,, General Catalyst Partners, Matrix Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Altimeter Capital and Cross Creek Capital.
