HubSpot, a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of an all-in-one marketing software platform for SMEs, has acquired two companies: Chime, a Toronto-based Google Chrome plug-in for consolidating web app notifications; and PrepWork, a New Haven, Conn.-based provider of software creates pre-meeting briefings. No financial terms were disclosed.
