AirWatch, an Atlanta-based provider of mobile device management and security solutions, has raised $200 million in Series A funding led by Insight Venture Partnerswww.air-watch.com

Intersect ENT Inc
., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based developer of local drug delivery solutions for ear, nose and throat patients, has held a first close on a $30 million Series A funding. Norwest Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, U.S. Venture Partners, PTV Sciences and Medtronic. www.intersectent.com

Click Security, an Austin, Texas-based provider of real-time security analytics, has raised $17.7 million in Series B funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by Citi Ventures and return backer Sequoia Capital. www.clicksecurity.com

Xirrus
, a Thousand Oaks, Calif.-based developer of wireless hardware, has raised $10.1 million in new VC funding. Return backers include August Capital, Canaan Partners, InterWest Partners, QuestMark Partners, and US Venture Partners. www.xirrus.com

, an Ottawa-based provider of infrastructure and service enablement solutions for service and content providers, has raised US$10 million in Series C funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers BDC, Covington Capital and GrowthWorks.www.btisystems.com

SocialFlow, a New York-based social media optimization platform, has raised $7.75 million of what could be a $10 million Series B round, according to a regulatory filing. New board members include Rudina Seseri (Fairhaven Capital) and angel investor Peter Hershberg. The company previously raised $7 million in Series A funding from Softbank, Softbank NY, RRE Ventures, Betaworks, High Line Venture Partners, AOL Ventures and SV Angel. www.socialflow.com

SynapDx Corp., a Southborough, Mass.-based developer of a blood-based diagnostic test for autism spectrum disorders, has raised $2 million in funding from LabCorp (NYSE: LH).
