Infusionsoft, a Chandler, Ariz.-based provider of all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses, has raised $54 million in growth equity funding from Goldman Sachs. The company previously raised around $17 million from Mohr Davidow Ventures and Signal Peak Ventures. Inc., a Provo, Utah-based sales automation platform, has raised $35 million in new VC funding, according to a regulatory filing. VentureWire reports that U.S. Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.

Health Catalyst (f.k.a. Healthcare Quality Catalyst), a Salt Lake City-based provider of healthcare data warehousing, has raised $33 million in Series B funding. Norwest Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Sequoia Capital and Sorenson Capital.

Chartboost, a San Francisco-based business engine for mobile game developers, has raised $19 million in new VC funding led by Sequoia Capital. The company previously raised $2 million from XG Ventures, SK Telecom Ventures and Translink Capital.

Foundation Medicine, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of genomics-based cancer diagnostic tests, has raised $13.5 million in additional Series B funding. New investors include Bill Gates, Evan Jones and Yuri Milner. The company previously held a $42.5 million first close on the round, from Deerfield Management Co., Casdin Capital, Redmile Group, Roche Venture Fund, WuXi Corporate Venture Fund, Third Rock Ventures, Google Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

Altitude Digital, a Denver-based online display and video advertising company, has raised $5 million in group capital funding from Mercato Partners. It also has secured a new credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank.
