(NYSE: DUF), a New York-based financial advisory and investment banking firm, has agreed to be taken private for approximately $655.5 million, or $15.52 per share (19.2% premium to last Friday’s closing price). Consolidated Precision Products Corp., a Pomona, Calif.-based portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Turbine Technologies Group from ESCO Corp.
