The Collective, a Hollywood-based entertainment management company, has acquired video-sharing site Metacafe for an undisclosed amount, according to All Things D. Water Street Healthcare Partners has agreed to sell OraPhara, a Horsham, Penn.-based oral health company, to Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. (NYSE: VRX).
