* Four board members are leaving Yahoo, including chairman Roy Bostock and HP exec Vyomesh Joshi. As All Things D reports, the Internet company will add three new board members, though their identities are not yet known. (All Things D)

* Amazonupped the content available in its Prime Instant Video selection to 15,000 videos, with movies and shows from MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, VH1, and BET, among others. (Amazon)

* Yesterday’s story of the day in the Valley involved Path, the private social network from former Facebook employee Dave Morin. The startup has been copying users’ address book information to their servers without the users’ knowledge. While Path is already moving to change this, VC and TechCrunch founder Mike Arrington believes the company should just “nuke” the address book data altogether. (Uncrunched)

* According to All Things D, LinkedInis acquiring Rapportive, which releases a Gmail plugin that displays more information about email contacts. (All Things D)

* Sprintsold 1.8 million iPhones during its fourth quarter, 40% of which went to new customers. The mobile carrier reportedly paid as much as $20 billion to sell the popular smart phone. (9 to 5 Mac)
