ImmusanT Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of an immunotherapeutic vaccine for celiac disease, has raised $20 million in Series A funding from Vatera Healthcare Partners. www.ImmusanT.com

Legend3D, a San Diego-based provider of 2D-to-3D conversion technology, has raised $19 million in Series E funding. Northwater Capital Management led the round, and was joined by return backers PAR Investment Partners and Augustus Ventures Ltd. www.legend3d.com

Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, a Cambridge, Mass.-based drug developer focused on omega-3 fatty acids for the treatment of inflammatory and metabolic diseases, has raised $8 million in additional Series A funding. This brings the round total to $47.6 million, including a first close in April 2010. Backer include SV Life Sciences, Clarus Ventures, MedImmune Ventures and Advanced Technology Ventures. www.catabasispharma.com

Groove Biopharma, a Seattle-based developer of microRNA-based therapeutics, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. Backers include Alexandria Venture Investments, ARCH Venture Partners, OVP Venture Partners, Versant Ventures and WRF Capital. www.groovebiopharma.com

BrightFarms Inc., a New York-based builder and operator of hydroponic greenhouse farms at supermarkets, has raised $4.3 million in Series A funding. NGEN Partners led the round, and was joined by Emil Capital Partners and company founder Ted Caplow. www.brightfarms.com

PlaceIQ, a Boulder, Colo.-based hyper-local ad targeting startup, has raised $4.2 million in Series A funding. U.S. Venture Partners and Valhalla Partners co-led the round, and were joined by return backers IA Ventures, kbs+p ventures and Jerry Neumann. www.placeiq.com

WellnessFX, a San Francisco-based personalized wellness and health startup, has raised $4 million in second-round funding from Javelin Venture Partners. www.wellnexxfx.com

Zipmark, a New York-based online payment platform, has raised $2 million in seed funding. Village Ventures and Contour Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by NYC Seed, High Peaks Venture Capital and the New York City Investment Fund. www.zipmark.com

CowdCompass, a Portland, Ore.-based mobile device event platform, has raised $1.3 million in Series A funding led by the Oregon Angel Fund. www.crowdcompass.com

Jun Group, a social video platform with offices in New York and Los Angeles, has raised $2.5 million in financing from Western Technology Investment. www.jungroup.com

Sagence Group, a management consultancy, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding led by Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. www.sagencegroup.com
