Biocartis, a Swiss developer of compact molecular diagnostic systems for infectious disease, has raised €71 million in Series C funding. Backers include Debiopharm Group, Philips, Johnson & Johnson Development Corp., the Wellcome Trust, PMV and New Rhein Healthcare. www.biocartis.com

Oxyrane UK Ltd., a British developer of nzyme replacement therapies to treat lysosomal storage diseases, has raised $26.5 million in Series D funding. Backers include Forbion Capital Partnersm, Morningside Groups and New Science Ventures. www.oxyrane.com

TeraDiode, a Littleton, Mass.-based maker of high-powered lasers, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Argonaut Ventures led the round, and was joined by Camros Capital and return backer Stata Venture Partners. www.teradiode.com

Imperium, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based startup focused on combatting social web spam, has raised $8 million in Series A funding. Highland Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by The Social+Capital Partnership and Freestyle Capital. www.imperium.com

Medivo Inc., a New York-based provider of healthcare data analytics and lab testing services, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by Safeguard Scientifics. www.medivo.com

CustomMade, a Cambridge, Mass.-based P2P marketplace for custom craft projects, has raised $2.1 million in Series A funding. First Round Capital and Google Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by Founder Collective, Launch Capital and Next View Ventures. www.custommade.com

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17

Agios Pharmaceuticals, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of cancer metabolism drugs, has raised $78 million in Series C funding. Backers include Celgene, three unidentified “large public investment funds” and existing shareholders ARCH Venture Partners, Flagship Ventures and Third Rock Ventures.www.agios.com

Rapid7, a Boston-based provider of security risk intelligence solutions, has raised $50 million in Series C funding from Technology Crossover Ventures. Existing shareholders include Bain Capital Ventures.www.rapid7.com

MedleyHealth, a Dublin, Calif.-based provider of membership practice marketing and communications solutions for primary care physicians and their patients, has raised $20 million in Series A funding. Backers include Cardinal Partners, Technology Partners and Vivo Ventures. www.medleyhealth.com

New Relic
, a San Francisco-based provider of cloud application performance management solutions, has raised $15 million in new VC funding. DAG Ventures and Four Rivers Group co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Allen & Company, Benchmark Capital, Tenaya Capital and Trinity Ventures. www.newrelic.com

CounterTack, a Waltham, Mass.-based developer of in-progress cyberattack intelligence and response solutions, has raised $9.5 million in Series A funding led by Fairhaven Capital. www.countertack.com
Padopolis Inc., operator of the Catalog Spree shopping app, has raised $6.1 million in Series A funding. Comcast Ventures led the round, and was joined by BlackBerry Partners Fund and El Dorado Ventures.www.catalogspree.com

Seniorlink, a Boston-based provider of solutions for managing care for frail elderly and disabled individuals, has raised $5 million in new VC funding led by Commonwealth Capital Ventures.www.seniorlinks.com

YCharts, a Chicago-based provider of stock research, tools and analysis, has raised $3.25 million in Series B funding. Morningstar Inc. led the round with a $2.45 million investment, and was joined by return backers like Hyde Park Angels and I2A. www.ycharts.com

Intellix, a London-based provider of RFID-based event management solutions and cashless payment systems, has raised $3 million in new funding from Credo Ventures.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16

Marketo, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of revenue performance management solutions, has raised $50 million in sixth-round funding. Battery Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Institutional Venture Partners, InterWest Partners, Mayfield Fund and Storm Ventures. The company previously raised around $48 million. www.marketo.com

Happiest Minds, an India-based provider of IT solutions & services company, has raised $45 million in Series A funding. Backers include Canaan Partners, Intel Capital and company executive chairman Ashok Soota. www.happiestminds.com

Zuora, a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of subscription commerce and billing solutions, has raised $36 million in Series D funding. Index Ventures led the round, and was joined by Greylock Partners, David Duffield (founder of WorkDay) and return backers Benchmark Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Shasta Ventures, Tenaya Capital and Marc Benioff. The deal was done at a valuation “in the several hundred million dollars and less than half a billion.” www.zuora.com

Brightroll, a San Francisco-based provider of digital video advertising services, has raised $30 million in Series D funding. Trident Capital led the round, and was joined by Comerica Bank and return backers True Ventures, Scale Venture Partners and Adams Street Partners. Allena Pharmaceuticals Inc.
, a Newton, Mass.-based developer of non-systemic oral protein therapeutics, has raised $15 million in Series A funding. Backers include Bessemer Venture Partners, Frazier Healthcare and Third Rock Ventures. www.allenapharma.com

YuMe Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based operating system for Internet-enabled televisions, has raised $12 million from Samsung Group and Translink Capital. www.yume.com

ServiceMesh
, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based provider of an enterprise cloud platform for Global 2000 companies, has raised $15 million in new VC funding led by Ignition Partners. www.servicemesh.com

Thismoment Inc.
, a San Francisco-based digital marketing platform for brands and agencies, has raised $7.3 million in Series A funding led by Sierra Ventures. www.thismoment.com

Minted
, a global design community and e-commerce site, has raised $5.5 million in Series B funding.Benchmark Capital led the round, and was joined by Menlo Ventures and return backer IDG Ventures. Participating angels included Google’s Marissa Mayer and Yelp’s Jeremy Stoppelman. www.minted.com

Trippy
, a Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based web and mobile app that lets friends help users plan their trips, has raised $1.75 million in seed funding co-led by Sequoia Capital and True Ventures. Other participants include SV Angel, Gil Ebaz, Randi Zuckerberg Rachel Zoe and Jason Mraz. www.trippy.com

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15

Sera Prognostics Inc., a Salt Lake City-based developer of diagnostic tests for early prediction of preterm birth and other pregnancy complications, has raised $19.3 million in Series A funding. Backers include InterWest Partners, Domain Associates, Catalyst Health Ventures, Osage University Partners and seed backer Life Sciences Capital. www.seraprognostics.com

Vyatta, a Belmont, Calif.-based provider of networking software for physical, virtual and cloud infrastructures, has raised $12 million in new VC funding. HighBar Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers JPMorgan, Arrowpath Venture Partners and Citrix Systems. www.vyatta.com

Wrapp
, a Swedish social gifting startup, has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding. Atomico led the round, and was joined by seed backer Creandum. www.wrapp.com

SimplifyMD, an Alpharetta, Ga.-based provider of electronic health record solutions, has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding led by Intersouth Partners. www.simplifymd.com

Ginzamarkets, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of an SEO management and analytics dashboard for enterprises, has raised $1.3 million in VC funding. Backers include 500 Startups, Venture51 and angels like Jeff Milller and Ullas Naik. www.ginzamarkets.com

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14

Better Place, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based developer of a network of electric vehicle recharging stations, has raised $200 million in Series C funding. GE and UBS were joined by return backers Israel Corp., HSBC Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, VantagePoint Capital Partners, Ofer Group and Maniv Energy Capital. NewBrandAnalytics, a Washington, D.C.–based provider of business intelligence from social media customer feedback, has raised $26 million in Series B funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by Revolution Ventures, The Entrepreneur’s Fund, Barry Sternlicht and Neil Shah.www.newbrandanalytics.com

Skimlinks, developer of a content monetization platform, has raised $4.5 million in Series B funding.Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments led the round, and was joined by 500startups, Venrex Investment Management and return backers Sussex Place Ventures, The Accelerator Group and NESTA.www.skimlinks.com

Salorix Inc.
, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based platform for social media campaign management, has raised $3.5 million in Series A funding co-led by Inventus Capital Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.www.salorix.com

Chart.io, a San Francisco-based cloud business intelligence platform, has raised $3.15 million in Series A funding. Avalon Ventures led the round, and was joined by Bullpen Capital.  www.chart.io

Standing Cloud, a Boulder, Colo.-based provider of cloud application management services, has raised $3 million from return backers Foundry Group and Avalon Ventures. www.standingcloud.com

Zoomingo Inc., a Seattle-based mobile shopping discovery app, has raised $1.3 million in VC funding.Naya Ventures and Benaroya Capital were joined by individual angel investors. www.zoomingo.com
