Cameron Health, a San Clemente, Calif.-based maker of implantable defibrillators, has raised $107 million in Series F funding. Alloy Ventures and Delphi Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by undisclosed return backers. The company previously raised VC from firms like Boston Scientific Corp., CDIB BioVentures, Investor Growth Capital, Pinnacle Ventures, PTV Sciences, Three Arch Partners and Versant Ventures. www.cameronhealth.com

Eventbrite, a San Francisco-based online event ticketing company, has raised $50 million in Series E funding led by Tiger Global Ventures. The company previously raised $39.5 million from DAG Ventures, Tenaya Capital and Sequoia Capital. www.eventbrite.com

Shacho Inc., a stealthy startup from Omniture founder Josh James, has raised $10 million in first-round funding funding. Backers include Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Marc Benioff and Paul Sagan. All Shacho will say about its business is that it aims to solve “a paradox in today’s business intelligence market.”

Site Intelligence, a UK-based provider of software solutions for multi-channel customer intelligence, has raised $7 million in VC funding from firms like Nauta Capital and Oxford Capital Partners. www.site-intelligence.com

TuneSat LLC, a New York-based provider of audio fingerprinting technology for music rights holders, has raised over $6 million in new VC funding led by General Electric Pension Trust. www.tunesat.com

Pretty Simple, a Paris-based publisher of online games on Facebook, has raised $3.6 million in first-round funding from IDInvest Partners. www.prettysimplegames.com

Fuse Powered, a Toronto-based mobile digital game publisher, has raised C$2 million in seed funding from BlackBerry Partners Fund and NFQ Ventures. www.fusepowered.com

THURSDAY, MAY 19

Kior Inc., a Pasadena, Calif.-based renewable fuels company that has developed a “biomass catalytic cracking process,” raised $55 million in Series C funding last month, according to a regulatory filing. It also secured a $75 million interest-free loan from the Mississippi Development Authority. Kior currently is in registration for a $100 million IPO. Shareholders include Khosla Ventures (31.4% pre-IPO stake), Artis Capital Management (39.9%) and Alberta Investment Management Corp. (28.5%). www.kior.com 

Silecs International Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based maker of advanced polymers for use in semiconductor mask-making, fabrication and packaging, has raised $16 million in Series E funding. EDBI led the round, and was joined by Tempo Capital Partners, Innovations Kapital, and Finnish Industry Investment. www.silecs.com 

Cognitive Match, a London-based provider of display ad and onsite predictive targeting, has raised $6 million in VC funding from Antrak Capital and return backer Dawn Capital. www.cognitivematch.com

MongoLabs, a San Francisco-based database-as-a-service provider of MongoDB in the cloud, has raised $3 million in Series A funding. Foundry Group led the round, and was joined by Baseline Ventures, GRP Partners, Freestyle Capital and Bullet Time Ventures. www.mongolabs.com

WEDNESDAY, MAY 18

Ability Network, a web-based healthcare network headquartered in Minneapolis, has raised $27 million in VC funding from Bain Capital Ventures and existing shareholder Lemhi Ventures. www.abilitynetwork.com

Jobvite Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based provider of online recruiting solutions, has raised $15 million in Series C funding. Trident Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers CMEA Capital and ATA Ventures. www.jobvite.com

Nujira, a UK-based developer of technology to reduce power consumption in smartphone transmitters, has raised £10 million in new VC funding. Climate Change Capital Private Equity led the round, and was joined by return backers Amadeus, NES Partners and Environmental Technologies Fund. www.nujira.com

9flats.com, a European operator of a P2P apartment rental site, has raised $10 million in VC funding led by Redpoint Ventures. www.9flats.com

Datameer Inc., a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of end-user analytics solutions built on Apache Hadoop, has raised $9.25 million in Series B funding. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round, and was joined by return backer Redpoint Ventures. www.datameer.com

BlackArrow, a New York-based provider of ad-management systems for viewer-controlled video platforms, has raised $7 million in new Series C funding from Time Warner Cable. This expands the round to $27 million, including earlier investment from NDS Group, Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Intel Capital, Mayfield Fund and Polaris Venture Partners. www.blackarrow.tv

Marketfish, a Seattle-based provider of lead generation platform that gives businesses access to permission-based email marketing lists, has raised $4.5 million in VC funding from Javelin Ventures and Rustic Canyon Partners. www.marketfish.com

Onavo, a developer of an app that lets smartphone and tablet users better control their mobile data usage, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from Magma Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital. www.onavo.com

Whatsnexx, a Montreal-based developer of marketing automation software, has raised C$2.4 million in first-round VC funding. GO Capital and BDC Venture Capital co-led the round. www.whatsnexx.com

Resolve Therapeutics, a Seattle-based developer of biologic therapies for those suffering from lupus, has raised $2 million in Series A funding from New Science Ventures and Easton Capital. www.resolvebio.com

R2 Financial Technologies, a Toronto-based provider of risk and portfolio management software, has raised an undisclosed amount of “mezzanine financing” from Business Development Bank of Canada. www.r2-financial.com

TUESDAY, MAY 17

Neuronetics Inc., a Malvern, Penn.-based maker of a stimulation therapy system for the treatment of major depression, has raised $30 million in Series E funding. Polaris Venture Partners and Pfizer Venture Investments co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Investor Growth Capital, New Leaf Venture Partners, Interwest Partners, Three Arch Partners, Quaker BioVentures, and Onset Ventures. www.NeuroStarTMS.com

Hara Software, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of environmental and energy management solutions to businesses, has raised $25 million in Series C funding, according to VentureWire. Energy Technology Ventures and Focus Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by Navitas Capital, Itochu Technology Ventures and return backers Jafco Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Nth Power. www.hara.com

Tradeshift, a London-based social network for businesses, has raised $7 million in new VC funding from Notion Capital. It previously had been seeded by PayPal. www.tradeshift.com

Billing Revolution, a Seattle-based provider of payment solutions for mobile app developers, has raised $6.6 million in Series B funding. DCM and SK Telecom Ventures co-led the round. www.singlecheckout.com

SciFluor Life Sciences, a Boston-based developer of technology that enables late-stage fluorination of pharmaceuticals and other commercial chemicals, has raised $5 million in first-round funding from Allied Minds. www.sciflour.com

SanDisk Corp. (Nasdaq: SNDK) has agreed to acquire Pliant Technology Inc., a Milpitas, Calif.-based developer of solid-state drive storage devices for enterprise computing. The deal is valued at around $327 million in cash, plus unspecified equity incentives. Pliant had raised over $50 million in VC funding, from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures, Arcturus Capital, Divergent Ventures and Teredata Corp. www.sandisk.com

ShoeDazzle, an online shoe shopping assistant, has raised $40 million in Series C funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by return backers Lightspeed Venture Partners and Polaris Venture Partners. The company previously raised $20 million, and was founded by LegalZoom co-founderBrian Lee and reality TV star Kim Kardashian. www.shoedazzle.com

Dealfind, a Canadian daily deals provider, has raised C$31 million in VC funding. Backers include Insight Venture Partners, Georgian Partners and and the Ontario Venture Capital Fund. www.dealfind.com

StackMob, a San Francisco-based platform for developing, deploying and managing mobile apps in the cloud, has raised $7.5 million in new second-round funding. Trinity Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Harrison Metal and Baseline Ventures. www.stackmob.com

We R Interactive, a London-based online game publisher, has raised $5 million in second-round funding. Backers include Paul Fitzsimons (ex-partner with Apax Partners) and Elio Leoni-Sceti (ex-CEO of EMI Music). www.werinteractive.com

MoMelan Technologies, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of a skin-grafting device to treat dermatological disorders, has raised $3.5 million in Series A funding. Backers include KLP Enterprises, Life Science Angels, LaunchCapital and Mass Medical Angels. www.momelan.com

First To File, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of IP document management solutions, has raised $2 million in Series B funding led by return backer Foundation Capital. www.foundationcapital.com

 Conexant Holdings Inc., a Newport, Calif.-based provider of semiconductor solutions for imaging, audio, embedded modem and video surveillance applications, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from August Capital. Conexant is owned by Golden Gate Capital. www.conexant.com
