[ MUSIC ] So Shane, HP has a lot going on with smartwatches and just wearables in general. Can you tell us about what's going on? Yeah. So at HP we've taken a different approach on wearables. What we've done is put fashion first. Fashion? Yeah, what an idea. Rather than stick the technology on and have the brightest screen with the most apps, We focused on make it look good and put fashion first. Well, this is crazy. HP is a technology giant, it's legendary in the valley. Fashion? Yeah, you wouldn't associate HP, necessarily, with fashion. No. So what we do is, we go out and we partner with the largest fashion brands out there, and we fall back on our roots, which is engineering. Right. So, what we've done is, engineered by HP where we take our prowess and we partner with the largest brands in the fashion industry. So, you're telling me that it basically looks like a watch that I might love naturally from a fashion brand but all underneath the brains are HP? Yeah. So our first one. Yeah. We actually announced a, just last week. Great. Was the [ INAUDIBLE ]. Yeah. [ INAUDIBLE ], great big fashion brand certainly in the watch space. Absolutely. And it is engineered by H- P. So we now have the [ INAUDIBLE ]. Bold motion, which has our technology embedded in it. Yeah. What are you learning? As you work with these fashion companies, these, you know, retail brands there's got to be some lessons there from a [ CROSSTALK ]. Yeah, so never underestimate the importance of how it looks, how it feels. It's not so much about the specks, it's not how much power or battery. It is How does it look and feel. And tell us, you know? Where does H- P think this market is gonna go? I've seen crazy projections for wearables. And a lot of it ends on how you define the market, you know? Is it just watches? Is it clothing with electronics embedded in it? Is it, you know, tons of stuff? Is it? Is this a big area of attention? Do you know? I think. I think the key is to not look at it as companies today are looking at wearables. Okay. If you think about it, wearables are not new. They're actually 32, 000 years old. And where they've been used is to express ourselves. And so what we wanna do is keep that in the forefront. And that market is huge, because everybody has their own expression. So we'll focus on that first, and the technology will supplement. Minute. Could be on the wrist, could be on the body, could be in the purse, or in your wallet. Now Fortune readers and viewers, they're business people, right? Of course. We're all consumers at heart so this definitely resonates but are there business applications to wearables that you think HP might be interested in? Yeah, there's a lot of interesting things. It's not just about the consumer. In fact in our vision of what we call Onelife there's a blurring. Between your personal life and work, and so you take things like this into the office and you use them to access resources. Like compute resources, or access buildings and alike. That's where we think the future is, and we'll see this blending between personal and business. Right. [ MUSIC ]
