Maybe it's your flexibility, million different qualities. To make it stand out, to really differentiate yourself in a job interview, you've got to think about little stories that support Port that idea. Three steps to telling a tight story. Situation, so I picture it. Problem, what was the challenge in there. Solution, how did you wrap it up. Three steps. People make judgements about you, not within a second, less than a second. So make sure when you walk in, even if you're nervous. Tell yourself, talk to yourself ahead of time. Have that big smile ready to go. A firm handshake. Look, sound confident. Don't sit back in the chair. Sit a little bit forward. Be engaged, if you're not enthusiastic about what you can do and why you can do it better, there's no reason for them to be. [ MUSIC ]
