As I said, you know, strategy is important, you gotta have the right capabilities, the right team. But culture keeps that organization turning and moving forward. Is that happiness? Is it? You know, I don't think it's happiness but it's understanding the whys. And I think, you know, if I was going to leave with some advice, it's always important. And I had a meeting with my top 50 leaders just a couple of weeks ago and we spend a lot of time making sure they understood the why, why do we make certain decisions? Why are we making certain investments? Why is culture so important and having the patience and the time to talk about the why is not just the, what is critically important today's environment?
