One of the, the subject we're going to talk about is networking and we hear that a lot in this meeting. And I always wonder what, what does that really mean? Anyway. What is networking? Let's start with you Sally. So many of us think as net, networking as schmoozing but networking as often say, who you know is what you know. And that exchange of ideas particularly of things outside your area of comfort. Your next business opportunity is much more likely to come from a loose connection than a close connection. So forming those loose connections is what networking is. First of all I definitely think network, networking is a two way street. I also think it's about having a group of people that you really trust. That you can go to so and I think it's about making the time to actually do it because it's, it's not that easy. But having a group of people that you can trust, that you can email, you can call, you can you know, text about any different topic is something that. Is what a network means to me and it's something that I should take a lot of time to develop. I found that like going to an event and thinking you're gonna come out with you know, a certain type of relationship is, is not what it's about. It's about having consistent conversations over a period of time, that, that's what actually helps build the trust and the mutual. The sharing of information back and forth.
