mhm. Now my thoughts on the week news first. None of the concerns about China's growth should come as a surprise. There's only so far an economy can go on steel mills and shoe factories. China has to become a free market, consumer driven, middle class economy where innovation can thrive, which is easier said than done. On the opposite end of the spectrum, we have Silicon Valley, where zillions of easy dollars are frantically chasing innovation. This year alone, there's been 100 and seven venture capital deals that raised $100 million or more. Would it be such a bad thing if some of this dried up and a unicorn goes back to being what it was originally meant to be rare? And finally, for all the Michigan's in the markets, we continue to see consistently strong numbers When it comes to the U. S. Economy, everything from durable goods to the labour market to housing is trending up. And this week we learned that GDP growth for the second quarter with 3.7% another reminder that the economy and the stock market are two very different things
