U.S. Banks Are Preparing for a Brexit

The Fed and other agencies have reportedly started demanding Wall Street banks provide detailed plans about what they would do in the event that Britain votes to leave the European Union. The banks do not like the idea of the possible Brexit. Morgan Stanley, Citi and JP Morgan have all donated to anti Brexit campaigns, and automakers like General Motors and Ford have opposed the referendum as well. While the big banks and automakers are dreading the Brexit global law firms are prepared, they've already briefed business clients on what they can expect if Britain leaves the EU.
