[ MUSIC ] The strategy behind Young Hollywood has always been, we don't care where you watch it, we just want you to watch our content. So we're all over the place. And oftentimes, you might not even necessarily realize it's us, but it's our content. If you wanna find content on a celebrity that you're obsessed with or that you love Young Hollywood is that place that you're going to see them in a light that you've never seen them before. We really look into who is that person's fan base? What do they want to see from that piece of talent? So it's not just interview questions that we come up with ourselves, it's really getting the fans input from the very beginning. YoungHollywood. com You rock. 2007 I literally started this with one employee. When YouTube had their funded channels, we were one of the hundred and something channels of that original programming initiative. And then when they renewed it for a second cycle, we were one of the few channels that actually got renewed for that. And our reach our member when we hit 250, 000 viewers a month, and we thought that was like The biggest number in 2007. So it was kind of exciting. Go from 250, 000 to 150 million a month and growing. And the key thing is we don't aggregate anybody's content. Part of that is program for every platform differently. A lot of other places just do one piece of content, and here, let's throw it 20 places. It doesn't work. Which is challenging cuz millennials have ADD and they don't have attention spans. And so. You know, we like to think we figured something out with that. [ MUSIC ] We're at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, which is the home of our studio. How do you get talent to come to you? You can't say, hey, I'm at this random location. You need something compelling. You need something different and unique. We were just brainstorming as to what's a really unique Way to build a studio. RJ was very into the idea of doing at first, something on like Sunset Boulevard, making it kind of like the new next generation TRL, but then we also had the idea of a hotel. And I was like, we should talk about this hotel idea, because I don't think anyone's really done that before. Tela has to stay there when they're in town. It's paparazzi proof. You only know if you knew, and it was really different and cool. Building a tv network is a pretty big ambition. We create the content. We've built a distribution network and we've got a significant marketing line that we're able to get eyeballs on the content. And then we've got direct advertiser relationships. So we're really a whole 360 degree approach. A lot of it's just getting in early on with talent. Early on with technology. Early on with building that loyalty with the fan base as well. So we do it in like a really unique way of. Actually creating content that really speaks to the audience, whether it's in the lingo, whether it's leveraging our social media, leveraging new apps. Experiential marketing for brands where they'll come to us to get product in the hands of talent before anybody else and influencers. So if there's a new video game, EA's been a client, we'll have it in the studio. And people can experience a month before the game comes out. Or when we did work for Vitamin Water, if there was a new flavor of Vitamin Water you wanted to try it you could come to the studio and try it before anybody else. [ MUSIC ] We think digital is the future, not to say television is going away but it's not the end all be all anymore. We're built from the ground up digitally and there aren't many media companies that have done that, and especially in the world of celebrity. I don't see any reason why we're not worth what MTV is You know, someone who doesnt' think we're there today, they certainly will think we're there at some point, because we control that audience, can say it's a more engaged audience. We control them on the platform where they're consuming the content. I think that's very valuable, because we're the future. A lot of those folks have an audience but that audience is getting older. So we're really good about getting that audience early on. [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
