Want to train like an Olympian? Sky Christopherson, founder of Gold.ai and former Olympic athlete, launched an AI-driven fitness app that gives Olympic-level health and wellness insights. 

The gold A I language model is unique and that it's going to be the world's first proprietary model that includes medal winning secrets from Olympic athletes. Now, typically, and we have this problem with the military. These secrets are well protected because they tend to be a competitive advantage. So we will deidentify, you know, sports specific things or names of coaches or names of athletes and make this available to everyone. My name is Sky Christopherson, I'm founder of Gold A I. So Gold A I is founded by Olympic athletes and our goal is to bridge the gap between this incredible wisdom and top level advice that we received as Olympic athletes around health fitness and delivering that to the general public. Gold A I is leading with an app using artificial intelligence and we do that in a couple of different ways. One is to optimize your daily schedule. So the time you work out, build your meals and your meal timing and then we also optimize your sleep. A lot of the past attempts at tracking fitness and health data have been reflective. So you get the sensor data, you use the app and it shows you what you did in the past until now, what we're focusing on our action items on an hour to hour basis to create your daily schedule. Because the rubber meeting the road we believe is really where there's been a gap and an opportunity. Now, in this consumer fitness market, for example, if you say, should I eat breakfast this morning or not. And the typical wisdom we've ab tested between, uh, open A I's general knowledge model. And it would say, you know, if you're trying to lose weight, skip breakfast because that's a good way to reduce calories. The gold model is different because we have data from sensors. We know cortisol is high in the morning. We know that's a risky time to be skipping breakfast because you can lose muscle mass which makes it harder to lose weight. And our, our, our language model actually answered, you should eat a high protein, slow burning breakfast this morning. And if you want to cut your calories, cut those towards the end of the day. So already we saw a difference in the advice between sort of the consensus world language model and then our gold A I sort of Olympic uh medal winning specific advice. So it's, it's exciting and we started actually with a focus on helping athletes win Olympic medals at the London Olympic Games. This was when Lance Armstrong and these guys were banned for drugs and the focus went on to the women's team, which was very underfunded and we had to quickly find a way to empower them to win medals without taking drugs. So that became the uh gold A I project. And we used a lot of sensors, data, everything from sleep, the blood glucose and then look for patterns in that and ways to intervene and improve their performance. So the app has a philosophy of always being free. So it's a free download. We want to help as many people as possible to optimize their day. There's a lot of old mythology and a lot of confusion around optimal uh planning of your day for, for the best fitness results, everything from high school athletes to collegiate, to just people wanting to lose weight, right? What are the ways to most effectively, you know, achieve those goals and, and we want to make the download free for everyone and then there's A I coaching that they can upgrade to and then some of the conversations and knowledge we will be developing as we continue researching and talking, working with athletes that will get ingested into our uh A I language model to be interactive uh with people in, in the app, through, through uh through chat. So we acknowledge that the A I is early, uh you know, we, we will kind of tell people, hey, just kind of hang with us, this is being developed every week.
