[ MUSIC ] I get a lot of questions from young people in my business particularly because they've seen me start the company and I look like I had a linear path. Sometimes, millenials have been given a series of advice Or looked to emulate different people. Where they feel a little prettier and more driven than what the real experience is like. Think about your career as a 40 year career, a 50 year career. Every job that I had probably up until I was 40 or 45 years old I considered as [ UNKNOWN ] Doesn't make bell turn. Some of the form of experiences I had with my passion at all, but I needed a job. And she was focussed on one ladder, one one at a time, when there are thousands of other ladders that are available to you with less people trying to climb them. Youre really narrowing down your opportunities. For success. You don't know what your passion is. You think you know what it is? But if you wanna exposing yourself to different people and different thoughts and different functions and different ideas, you may never find your real passion. I don't know if anyone who regrets having taken risks that didn't work out cuz you still learn from it. But I knew a lot of people who regret having played it too safe, and having not taken advantage of opportunities because they were risky. It's not like when you're 24, if you're in a crummy job that that's a bad thing, or you're not gonna make it. To exactly where you wanna be. [ MUSIC ]
