Theranos Was Just Put on Blast—Again

Theranos has once again been put on blast by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. According to the Wall Street Journal, federal regulators at the CMS plan to impose sanctions against the company, which could result in anything from fines to suspending its ability to test human samples. In response, Theranos issued a statement admitting We've made mistakes in the past and the Newark, California lab, but when the company was made aware of the division sees, we have dedicated every resource to remedy those failures.
