[ MUSIC ] Fortune is here at the Consumer Electronics Show. And we are in the middle of it here at an event called, " ShowStoppers ". This is a place for media to come and check out, in the privacy of a ballroom. Some of the quirky, interesting and downright weird pieces of electronics that are being showed off at [ UNKNOWN. So we're gonna take a look around and see what there is to see. [ MUSIC ] So everybody remembers playing with PlayDoh, but today, PlayDoh is 21st century. So the way it works is, you make your own shape, and you use your smart phone to basically scan the PlayDoh item Suddenly, it comes to life inside the app, in its own world, and plays with a cartoon that you can play a game with. You don't technically even have to buy anything you just use Play- Doh, make a shape, and download this app, scan the image, and suddenly your character will come to life, inside its own little world, inside this app, which is really, really cool. [ MUSIC ] I am currently holding a pair of bluetooth headphones that have 20 carats worth of diamonds. They're made only by request for friends of the Gibson brand, and there's only two of them in the world so far. This is the first one in the US. And it costs between 80, 000 and $ 100, 000 each. [ MUSIC ] So CES is not just for Tech giants like Sony and Samsung. It's full of all kinds of different companies. And we're seeing that here at ShowStoppers. We have companies that have raised money on Kickstarter and Indie Go Go they're crowd funded as well as venture backed companies like Canary behind us, has raised some VC money. And there's even a lot of independent companies that are just some inventor who had a really good idea and want to promote it. So this is a smart breast pump, probably the first of it's kind, I can actually Feel it going right now and it connects to an app so moms can basically track they're pumping. They'll know how long they've been doing it. They'll know how much they've been pumping. This is something that the company has created after Doing lots of research talking to lots of moms and it's the first one that I'm aware of. So, this is launching in the spring. [ MUSIC ] So this is a hydroponic. Farm, and all you have to do is set it up. And to grow something like lettuce or any other kind of food in four to six weeks, is to take these little seeds and shove' in the sponge holes. So no surprise. Every year the gadgets at CDF get smarter, more Internet connected and a lot shinier. [ MUSIC ]
