Scottie Nell Hughes a former Fox News guest analyst is suing the network claiming her rape allegation caused her to be taken off air. The political commentator filed a lawsuit Monday alleging she was raped by host Charles Payne back in July 2013. She alleges he pressured his way into her hotel room for a quote Private discussion and raped her, even after she told him no and to stop. According to the New York Times, Payne returned to host Making Money on Fox Business after being suspended in July amid an internal investigation. The lawsuit claims Fox blacklisted Hughes when she ended her relationship with Payne. The news comes after a string of allegations of sexual harassment at Fox News. Those allegations cause former host Bill O'Reilly to leave the network in April and former CEO Roger Ailes to leave the network last year.
