Questlove Launches Vegetarian Cheesesteak With Impossible Foods

As a Philadelphian, Questloveknows his cheesesteaks. So it's not a total surprisethat he's venturing into the cheesesteak world officially. He's going with a vegetarianversion with the help of Impossible2.0 Meat, reports Eater. The cheesesteak also includes a "melted cheese blend," onions, and peppers, on an amoroso roll. Philly natives can try the sandwich during Phillies games at CitizensBank Park starting March 28. The Questlove Cheesesteak will alsobe on menus at 40 different Live Nation concert venues this summer. "We developed (and perfected!) a recipe using Impossible plant-based meat," Questlove wrote on Instagram.
