Let's talk a little bit about bringing those parts together, from all over the world. One of the things we're thinking about in 2017 is global trade. The policies are changing, the leaders of countries are changing. You are absolutely a multi- national executive, how are you looking at this changing landscape and how are you thinking about this, as it pertains to the Of your company? Well, frankly, look. When we take a look at trade for the last ten years, we had a huge crisis in 2008. So the financial prices. and everybody was afraid that this was going to stop trade or block trade and we were gonna have a surgeon's or protectionist's at the cabin. Compared to expectation or what one would normally think after a crisis of this size.. You know, when a lot of countries were in trouble, a lot of industries were in trouble because of the collapse of the financial system following Lehman Brothers. So I'm not worried about trade. In fact, we're not seeing it slow down. Offer changes. What we're seeing today is the fact that some political movement and some political leaderships want to make sure that globalization is beneficial to them. Which is a very good thing because first it reminds everybody how much benefit everybody's driving for because this is something that people tend to forget. Because of that already quiet .>> Right .>> And people think that if globalization stops or if it's deviated. They're gonna continue to benefit from globalization. Even though globalization disappears. Which is nonsense .>> Right .>> Obviously globalization being stopped or globalization weakening. Means a lot of the benefits today that people did not realize are going to disappear. So first we need to focus on that. There are things to have a conversation and we can put them to set the table. But there also excesses, there are some witnesses. There are other enhancing to be done. This is where we should be concerned. You know, obviously there's been many moves going to the year 2016. Attracting a lot of attention by saying, my god. Is this the end of globalization? I don't think it's the end of globalization. I think it's just the fact that people and countries want to really identify and refocus on the benefit they are getting from globalization and also to correct Some are the downside of the globalization which is totally normal.
