Carol to me is another one of our Covid Ceo. She took the job, missed. The pandemic actually came out of retirement. She had previously been a very senior executive at Home Depot. She's really, really focused on profitability and also efficiency, what she calls better, not bigger. And I think we've really seen that play out to her favor so far. The company has definitely reported record profitability and a lot of its businesses over the last few quarters. Yeah. To other areas of focus for carol, our sustainability and diversity. So the board is more diverse than has ever been before. And she's really trying to make the fleet more efficient to so really focusing on things like alternative fuel, uh, to really make the company more environmentally friendly overall. Mm
