What's the biggest lesson having gone through this Twitter IPO which was a success. What's your biggest lesson from that experience? I think the thing that we really focused on was getting prepared really far in advance. So I was hired at the company two years before we even started thinking about the IPO. And that was my primary job for two years was to get everyone ready and start thinking about these things. We had an independent board a year before. We were public. We had fully functioning board committees. And it's all these really dry things on paper but it's really about how you make decisions and how you approach things and making sure all of that's set up so that when you go through this highly public and regulatory thing you all feel comfortable and you know what you're doing because it's, nothing's a surprise at this point.
