[ MUSIC ] The way we look at everything we do as if we're not gonna be passionate about it if it's not gonna be great, you know, if it doesn't have the potential to be the best in that city, the best in that country. We're not interested in it. We really only take on special projects. And when we do, we do so with our full heart and our full attention. It's a very exciting time for the Trump organization and all the different things we're doing. We have hundreds of millions of dollars worth of construction projects that are underway. Particularly in the hotel and golf arenas. We have an unbelievable historic property called the Old Post Office in DC on Pennsylvania Avenue. [ MUSIC ] The tallest building in all of D. C. Built in the 1890's that we are renovating now and will open as a super luxury hotel in 2016. Recently we just bought Turnberry in Scotland. The iconic, great, Turnberry home of the British Open. And that's undergoing a massive renovation. The apparel and accessories line happened quite organically. And, you know, I'm an entrepreneur at heart, so when I see an opportunity I chase it, and, and that's what happened in this case. I didn't wanna be a designer, and I'm not a designer. Designer. I'm a person with a very specific aesthetic and I saw an opportunity to create a collection for the modern professional woman and address her in a way that she isn't currently being addressed in terms of her needs from a clothing perspective. There is this whole generation of millennial women. And then who are in the first few jobs in their career who wanna look appropriately sexy, but polished, but lady- like. It's just a huge opportunity to create solutions through design for, for these women and have a lot of fun in the process. One of the things I've learned in having the great privilege of knowing some of the great titans across various industries is. That they're not always the people who went to Harvard. They're not always the people who got the best grades. But they're the most passionate. They really love what they do. I think when you're young, you have the freedom to really be adventurous and unearth what that passion is. [ MUSIC ]
