Google Chrome Plans to Eliminate Adobe Flash

Google announced its plans to phase out Adobe Flash and transition to HTML five. Html five supports multimedia content and supposedly has less security vulnerabilities than Adobe Flash. They started phasing out flash powered ads in the last couple of months. Google hopes this move will encourage more sites to adopt HTML five as their standard for displaying multimedia. But if you prefer flesh, you can always change the software to run it instead of HTML five in your preferences.
