For our code or values as a company is respecting all people and all the policies in our company are support our diverse and inclusive workplace and we dont support policies when we see it's not in line with our values and we agree with the president on a number of different policies, and this particular one we do not. In terms of our employees we We sent out a video message. I videotaped a message earlier today that basically said this is not on line with our values so we are going to speak out. And in the case of vetting our employees directly, we don't think it impacts any of our employees directly, but indirectly with families and things in that nature, I'm sure it does. It impacts the community around us and so you know, that's why it's really important for us to speak up on this particular issue. Well when we have our meetings with the president as always, as a company, we will be straightforward. We will be honest. We will be truthful. We will have a lot of candor, but do it in a respectful way. So, when we do have the next meeting, if this issue does up, I'll handle it in just the same manner. [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
