[ MUSIC ] Pick a category and there is many violators there is authors and I've seen crazy stuff happen I've done some myself where you might not believe it but if ask really direct and this question and find a way to email that violator They're around because they're interested in teaching and helping other people. So, I've actually been lucky enough to connect with some amazing mentors and entrepreneurs that way. That's a great way to find and compliment your skills. If you can't do that, look locally for great companies and try and see if you can get someone to become an advisor to you. And make that [ UNKNOWN ] specifically. I'd like to know, it seems like you're an expert in this field I'm really looking to up my game. Would you be willing to advise me? Of course, there's got to be some give and take there. So, what are you willing to offer? Would you help them and advise them? Would you give them a small amount of, say, upside in your company? What's value to them? For me, I've actually conned a lot of really smart people into giving me great advise. By taking them and their friends surfing. So I grew up here in LA, I've spent my life in the ocean. I'm extremely comfortable there, and not everyone in the ventric capital world surfs. So I could go get access to amazing people and bring them to the beach and get them to share all kinds of great stuff. [ SOUND ]
