[ MUSIC ] Switching a role is a really active way in my mind to force yourself to gain new skills. I like to call myself a meaningful director of sorts. I've learned to kinda Not try to plan my lief too much but moreso be very proactive in taking opportunities that come my way. My first job was at the finance. It was sort of a startup [ UNKNOWN ] company. I just thought management consultant. It would help. Direct me to my sort of more long term goal of being able to start and run a company. My first boss kind of did not have enough resources to keep me on. The next one I wanted to pursue something more creative and that company went under over night. >. I think the biggest key to feeling like I've been moving forward is really the leadership support within the company. To help me moving from role to role. And I think, in a lot of places, you don't have that support, and that just means that you don't actually get to move until you move companies. I think that's what makes the workforce a little bit difference these days. We kinda have the freedom to do that. I think there's less stigma Around needing to be somewhere for two years or three years before you can move. I still want to be able to start something on my own someday, so it's likely that I'll, it won't be a lifelong position here. [ MUSIC ]
