[ MUSIC ] Barcelona, it's a very traditional club which obviously members are a big part of it. They are the owners of this club and they choose a president every six years. So I think that we have to keep that. The board members and the people representing the club, they don't earn any money to run the club and I think that this is Something that I think that it has to be changed because at the end of the day if you are giving a lot of time and a lot of effort to try to run the club you deserve to be paid. [ MUSIC ] Barcelona is increasing Their budget every year. Right now we are 700 I think, more or less, 700 millions more. When I arrived here 10 years ago, maybe it was half of this. We are growing a lot. And they're expecting to be at 1 billion and 1 thousand. Million dollars in 2021, 2020. We are growing really fast because of the sponsorship because [ UNKNOWN ] and [ UNKNOWN ] etcetera. And because there are more people that [ UNKNOWN ] sport. There will be a point I think that we will keep going but not as quick as we are doing right now And then it's when I think that clubs will realize that maybe it's enough to pay us much money as we are doing now in salaries. [ MUSIC ] You cannot control talents and you never know I mean, maybe in one year there appear three new Messi's or three new [ UNKNOWN ] or three new [ UNKNOWN ]. And then you have five six years that you don't have the luck to bring any new guy. I think that [ UNKNOWN ] is one of the main dealers of the club. At the end of the day, it's a beaker source for the club. There are more people that is investing millions and millions. And if we want to compete, I think that the best way is try to invest in our home, in [ FOREIGN ] where we know that we have results and I can say it was a great Experience for me as a young guy. And I hope that Barcelona invest even more because it's the way, best for the future of the club. [ MUSIC ] Futbol, it's a very passionate world where you are playing against 90, 000 People that is watching you and we are not at the top, it's very difficult. Business is another kind of wall that I don't think it's as passionate. I don't think you have the pressure to perform [ MUSIC ] As you have it in football, but it's more about the [ INAUDIBLE ] about the skills, about how you feel with all the information you have sometimes i think that some of the things from football i can bring it to business and some of, Things from business to bring it to football, but I don't think they are very connected. [ MUSIC ] I remember a few years ago that they said that when they are wanted to be president of this club, and [ UNKNOWN ] is something I want to achieve at some point, at some day. But, it's not something I want to do, like, just after I retire. In my career as a football player I want to keep enjoying winning titles for the club. And then we would see when I retire I'm sure I will have a lot of different options and a lot of different projects to join. And let's see what the future brings me. [ MUSIC ]
